How to Prepare :
1. Mix 1 part Karaage Powder (200g) with 2 parts water (400ml), stir well to make smooth batter.
2. Dip food such as sliced potato, brinjal, onion ring, chicken, shrimp etc. in the batter. Coat the battered food with Karaage powder.
3. Fry the coated food in cooking oil at a temperature between 180°C to 200°C until golden brown.
