Fortune Pen Cai is a luxurious Cantonese dish often served during special occasions like Chinese New Year. It features a variety of premium ingredients, such as Abalone, Sea Cucumber, Fat Choy, Prawn, Dry Oyster, Chicken Wings, Fish Maw, Mushrooms and Long Cabbage, all cooked together in a rich, flavorful broth. Symbolizing wealth, prosperity, and health, the dish is typically served in a large clay pot, making it a festive and communal meal.
 
To prepare, let it thaw and slow cook for 30 minutes.
